CentSeller‘s Money ($), Voucher and Payment - Appendix 1

CentSeller‘s money - Seller ($)-  is the currency used at this Entertainment Auction Portal. All prices for products and services are given in Sellers. Seller is attached to the US dollar. All transfers to and from the User’s accounts are made in US Dollars.

The Currency Rate of Seller, Voucher and Payments
1.CentSeller’s money - Seller ($)-  is the currency at the Entertainment Auction Portal. All prices for products and services are given in Sellers.

2.The currency rate (dated at May 30, 2009):
1 Seller = 1 US Dollar.

3.Voucher is a Card which holds monetary value at CentSeller Auction Portal. The Winning Voucher can be sold back (the system automatically transfers the right Dollar amount which is equal to the Winning Voucher to the User‘s account).
Note: Currently there are several services in production, where the Voucher can be used when paying for bids, products and services.

4.When making a credit card purchase by inserting your credit card data into the fields, the Service Provider does not have access to that data. The Client will be transfered to the safe environment of the Bank's Credit Card Center.

5.Money that has been collected to the User’s CentSeller Account („My Account“) from winning products, services and vouchers are delivered to the client by either one of the following three options: using  PayPal Account, Bank Account or Check.

• The money will be transfered to the User’s PayPal account. User can therafter transfer the money from the PayPal account to User’s personal bank account  (registered in the US or Canada) or to the personal credit card account. The transfers are made within 7-10 business days, the service fee of 10 US dollars applies.
• The money will be transfered to the bank account provided by User. The transfers are made within 7-10 business days, the service fee of 15 US dollars applies.
• The money is sent to the User by regular mail using Check. The check is issued within 14-28 days, service fee of 20 US dollars applies plus 1.5 % of the amount.

Note: There are currently ways in production that allow the money transfers to become faster, more comfortable and client friendly.

6.The minimal amount for money transfers is 50 US dollars. The User account must contain enough money to cover the service fee.
